Unable to receive verification code for Telegram account.

Dear Telegram Customer Service,

I'm writing to request assistance with accessing my Telegram account. I was logged out of my account on the 11th of September. However, when I tried to log back in, it kept saying the code has been sent to other devices I'm logged in. I was unable to receive the verification code required to complete the login process.

Repeatedly my Telegram account has been being hacked and accessed by someone in Inkster, Michigan. It shows this person' s IP address.

I have blocked them and changed my password, and still, this person shows up when I login and use my account. I even changed my user name, and changed the e- mail I used to create my original account I told Telegram in my report this information, and that I want my account (a) permanantly deleted. I was told that they wouldn't even read my report e- mail, let alone correct this important issue.

Telegram apparently does not care about those of us that have and are currently using their app. They get an F for failure, for terrible customer service !
