Contact Telegram Customer Service

I used to like Telegram as a messaging app because it has nice features. But now I hate it with a passion because they have no customer support at all.

I had paid to upgrade to Telegram Premium. Two weeks later, Telegram deleted my account with no explanation whatsoever, no warning that I had done anything wrong, and no way to appeal. I've lost access to lots of important contacts, chats, and files. I emailed several supposed Telegram emails, including their supposed emails for 'support,' 'recover,' and 'abuse,' all at 'telegram.org.' No one has ever responded to any of my emails.

Their supposed support email accounts are unanswered. It is not that their customer service is just horrible; it's plainly non-existent.

I then requested a refund of my Telegram Premium payment from Google Play, and I even gave them a bad review on the Google Play Store, and no one responded to it. I hope this company burns to the ground.

My account got deleted
I received no warning or any signs
my acct is subscribed to premium and I renewed my subscription for a year only for my account to be deleted two weeks later.
it would have been nice if they advise and reinstate my account but their customer service is not helpful.Tried emailing them and it doesnt send a reply

However, when I tried to log back in, it kept saying the code has been sent to other devices I'm logged in.

Good day,
I am based in South Africa (Number +27 6* *** ****) and on 3 January 2025 my number was banned on Telegram for reasons unknown to me.
For the last 17 days I have been emailing the Recovery and Support departments of Telegram requesting the reason as well as requesting them to unban my number, but to no avail.
I am utilizing Telegram for the specific reason of my studies as all my study and support groups are on Telegram, now I am falling behind because of Telegram's poor customer service.
Please can this be sorted out asap.
